For stationary applications, e. g. at productionplants, laboratories or other fix locations, the unit might be operated with a high resolution external video monitor or beconnected to a computer via a frame grabber. Designed for inspection work, to examine objects in tightly packed equipmentsor, when the inspector needs to gain easy access to part requiring inspection.
